If you change your mind and don’t want to experience the Edi effect, you can return your item to us. However, we only accept returns on items if they are sent back in a resaleable condition - unopened in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken.
You are responsible for the cost of safe return and postage back to our returns address. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
We want your experience with Edi to be perfect, so if you have received a faulty item, we are really sorry.

We will arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item and return it to us.
